Hello, I’m Sam
My fascination with photography began young, experimenting with my parents’ camera and staging pretend photoshoots with friends in the paddock. I didn’t realise then that this playful curiosity would one day shape my career.
After studying at art school and completing a Bachelor of Visual Arts, I gained hands-on experience assisting a number of accomplished wedding photographers, and that was when I fell in love with documenting weddings. I’m often swept up in the stories unfolding in front of me. For the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of capturing love in its many forms.
Alongside weddings, I work in brand and product photography — another creative outlet that brings me joy. I love developing concepts, shaping environments through light, texture, and thoughtful styling to tell compelling visual stories for brands I admire.
